A bundle of five (5) educational workshops for staff, faculty, and student teams focused on building connections, enhancing culture, and amplifying a better community experience.

A Five Workshop Series for Teams

These workshops are designed to help individuals and teams deepen their knowledge and understanding of leveraging equity, inclusion, and belonging through education, lived experiences, and applying those skills to action. 

Who you are matters! Writing and telling your story/stories takes courage. Learning about yourself requires vulnerability and honesty as you might discover secrets, values, inequitable behavior, bullying, new family history, celebrations, and traditions. (60-90 minutes - 1-1.5 hours)

Discriminatory behavior can have major impacts within the classroom, workspaces, and community. Through practicing this framework, individuals will learn how to respond effectively to these behaviors in various situations. (60 minutes - 1 hour).

In order for employees to be engaged, three key conditions must be met. These conditions have significant implications and include psychological meaningfulness, psychological availability, and psychological safety. (60-90 minutes - 1-1.5 hours)

Designed to empower individuals and teams with the principles of honest, empathetic, and effective feedback, this workshop offers practical strategies for fostering a culture of open dialogue and growth. (90 minutes - 1.5 hours)

The Inclusive Leadership workshop enables leaders to drive positive transformations, making a lasting impact within their organizations and the wider community. By prioritizing continuous learning and growth, these leaders become role models of inclusivity. (60-90 minutes/ 1.5 hours)
