Whether you would like to post vacancies, participate in a career fair, develop continuing education for your company or develop your brand recognition on campus, there are a variety of ways to engage with our campus professionals, university students and alumni.

Post Your Vacancies and Opportunities

The USC Lancaster Career Center has a dedicated employer services team that will help you find qualified students and prospective employees. 

We advertise all open positions via Handshake, our online recruiting system. This system allows our students to discover opportunities available and helps employers find the right person for the job.

Create a Handshake Account

  1.  On the Handshake Login Screen, click on the "Sign up for an Account" link.
  2.  If you are a new employer or contact, your Handshake profile will be reviewed and approved within 72 hours.
  3. Once you are approved, click on the "Job Postings" link on the left bar of your Handshake homepage to create a job posting.
  4. Select "New Job" on the top right toolbar.

If you have questions regarding a declined job posting, use the Handshake comment box to inform us, or contact Bridgett Plexico, Internship Coordinator and Handshake Administrator
