Elevating the Talent Leader's Approach and Practice
Backed by world-class research, the Talent Leaders Network connects peers from premier organizations. The network is enhanced through its CES affiliation by incorporating CHRO, CEO and Board insights into strategic talent planning, particularly around C-Suite succession.
The Talent Leaders Network is led by Kelly Wilson, VP of Talent Management at Cardinal Health; Robert Gulliver, Chief Talent & Diversity Officer at Prudential Financial and Rob Ployhart, Bank of America Professor of Business Administration and Director of the Master of Human Resources program at the Darla Moore School of Business.
The TLN mission is to foster robust connections that can facilitate implementing the organization’s strategic priorities.
Upcoming Events
The Talent Leaders Network meets regularly to advance the future of work through research-backed virtual and in-person events. Discussions are insightful and conversational and often led by the TLN members themselves on a volunteer basis. These meetings are open to talent leaders associated with CES partner companies and other invited guests. To attend, please contact CES@moore.sc.edu.
