Research and Teaching Interests
Dr. Blair has spent his career focusing on research on physical activity and health. He has done several experimental studies on how to help people maintain a healthful level of physical activity. He also has conducted numerous studies documenting that physical inactivity and low physical fitness are the major health problems of current times.
