The purpose of this project is to evaluate the effectiveness of the PACE weight loss program in adults after TKR in a fully-powered two-arm randomized controlled trial.

The purpose of this project is to evaluate the effectiveness of three different doses (45 minutes, 90 minutes, 150 minutes per week) of physical activity for management of arthritis symptoms.

The purpose of this project is to identify what supplemental intervention components contribute to the greatest increases in physical activity in adults with knee replacement and how the supplemental components + the core Energize! Exercise Program intervention affect pain, physical function, and other targeted mechanisms for physical activity change.
