Expand your knowledge and skills of international health challenges, environments, programs, and policies with an 18-credit hour certificate. This program is administered by the Arnold School’s Department of Health Promotion, Education, and Behavior.
Why Study Global Health?
Clinical and public health professionals have an increasing need to understand health challenges, environments, and actions beyond local borders. A global health certificate also prepares students for international work. Complement your existing or in-progress degree with additional credentials.
What You’ll Learn
You’ll explore comparative health systems and policies, health care administration,
finance and services, sociocultural perspectives on health, and health promotion programs
that are sensitive to local context. You’ll explore pressing global health issues as well as the efforts to alleviate shortfalls
through various methods of in-depth investigation and research.
